Jacksoul's Haydain Neale dies at 39

Haydain Neale is being remembered by his friends and colleagues today for his musical integrity and positive energy.  The news of his death has come as a
quote by Greg Nori of Treble Chargershock to fans and colleagues, most of whom had only heard that he was recovering from a serious injury he had sustained while driving his Vespa scooter in 2007.  Privately battling Cancer for the past seven months, Neale's condition was only known to his family and close friends.

Neale was set to release SOULmate on December 1st, his first album with Jacksoul since the accident.  The album is still planned to be released on the same date with all of its proceeds going to the Haydain Neale Family Trust.

Neale, who lived in Hamilton has released four albums with the band, Jacksoul.  The album Sleepless winning the Juno for the year's top R&B recording.  The single, Can't Stop, is Jacksoul's best known song, dominating radio throughout the summer of 2000.

SOULmate's first single, Lonesome Highway is already being played on radio stations in the Toronto area.
